Endurance Title Fight Tightens as IHRA Pro Season Hits the Halfway Mark

After Round 3 at Lake of the Ozarks, just nine points split the top two endurance teams, with wXgp sponsor Caldwell Racing out front.

A pack of runabout racers lined up side by side at the start of a moto.

Three rounds into the inaugural IHRA Pro Watercraft Series, the endurance team championship is shaping up as a real fight. Following Round 3 at Lake of the Ozarks, the team standings looked like this:

  • Team Caldwell Racing Monster Energy: 520 points
  • Team JETX & Snyderbuilt: 511 points
  • Team Farthing Racing: 492 points

Caldwell Racing, an official wXgp sponsor, held a nine-point edge heading into the back half of the year. Individual class leaders at that point included Jay Edworthy in Pro Endurance, Garrett Loftin in AM Endurance 300 and Coy Curtis in Pro Ski.

The remaining rounds ran through Sheboygan, Wisconsin (August 7–9), Williamsburg, Virginia in September and the World Cup finale at Lake Havasu.
