The first season of the IHRA Pro Watercraft Series wrapped up at the place every PWC racer knows: Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The Monster Energy IHRA World Cup ran September 15–20 at Lake Havasu State Park, closing out a schedule that started in St. Petersburg back in March.
What was on the line
The World Cup carried an $80,000 guaranteed racer payout and covered closed course, endurance and freestyle, with divisions for amateur, junior, veteran, professional and vintage racers. Spectators also got a Monster Energy freestyle motocross show between motos.
Why it matters for wXgp racers
wXgp runs as an official IHRA Pro Watercraft regional partner, so the Altus, Little Elm and Paris festivals are part of the same pathway that leads to events like this one. Expect more on how regional racers can line up for 2027 as the schedule comes together.
Full class results are posted on the IHRA Pro Watercraft channels.
