At wXgp, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right quickly.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free from damage or alterations
• Returned with original packaging (when applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we’ll happily exchange it if inventory is available.
If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer:
• Store credit, or
• A refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Final Sale Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Clearance items
• Limited edition drops marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
